Shipping Policy

Courier:

We charge a flat rate of R75.00 delivery fee anywhere in South Africa - door to door.

Shipment takes 1-3 working days, from when courier collects your package, which normally takes 2-3 days from when we receive your order as we carefully want to pack your package with love.

You will receive updates via email as soon as it's handed over to the courier.

Pickup:

We also have a pickup option available at Checkout in Irene, but please note that pickups will only be ready over weekends as our shop is not open during the week.

Trading Hours:

Fri-Sat: 12:00 - 20:00

Sun: 12:00 - 18:00.
